“ I was recently reading a review that spoke negatively about the establishment and staff. I was the server that evening and I want to give the correct information. The guest ordered her fish dinner and when she received it told me that she forgot to say she needed it broiled. I offered to make her another dish with the fish being steamed on the grill and she refused it if it meant she had to pay for the other plate. She did box the food up and take everything home so I would say it couldn’t have been that bad of a meal. Also regarding the fish sandwich it states on the menu that it is a breaded COD - it is not a fish stick cut in half. The staff and food are great and I would suggest reading other reviews and come try it yourself before crossing us off your list! You won’t be disappointed! ”

Server Tammy was exceptionally attentive (despite her having a bar full of guests also) and seeing to our every need, coffee cups full, asking if food is prepared well, etc. Very reasonable prices. Small town atmosphere with wonderful conversant local folk willing to share local lore and tips...will definitely make this our destination when we’re in the area. ”
